Chapter 17: Delusions of Strength

During hand-to-hand training, Reiner encourages Eren to take on Annie, who easily throws them both. Annie criticizes the military system, whose top trainees only aim for the Military Police. In the mess hall, Eren fights Jean and takes him down with Annie's technique, while Mikasa covers up the commotion by blaming it on Sasha passing gas. Later, Annie offers to teach Eren her techniques.
