Mikasa Ackerman

Eren's adoptive sister and the top graduate of her class. She protects Eren above all else and always wears the red scarf he gave her.

“The world is cruel... but it's also very beautiful.”

Origin

Daughter of an Ackerman and a woman of Asian lineage. Her parents were murdered by traffickers when she was 9; Eren rescued her and the Yeagers adopted her.

Ackerman Awakening

The Ackerman clan was created through Eldian engineering: its members can 'awaken' tremendous strength and inherit the combat memories of their ancestors. They are also immune to the Founding Titan's memory manipulation.

Hizuru

Kiyomi Azumabito reveals that the tattoo on her wrist is the crest of the family of the Shogun of Hizuru.

Ending

She kills Eren and carries his head to the tree from their childhood, where she buries him. Her choice frees Ymir Fritz from her love for King Fritz. She lives out the rest of her life, always wearing the scarf.
