Ymir Fritz, a slave of King Fritz, obtains the power of the Titans. Upon her death, her power is divided among her daughters Maria, Rose and Sina, and later among the Nine Titans.
Eldia dominates the continent with the Titans and subjugates Marley and other nations.
Marley, aided by the Tybur family, defeats Eldia. The 145th king retreats to Paradis with the Founding Titan, raises the three walls and makes the 'Vow Renouncing War'.
A century of apparent peace; humanity believes it is the last in the world.
Grisha Yeager arrives on Paradis after being turned into a Titan; Kruger gives him the Attack Titan and the mission to recover the Founding Titan.
The Colossal Titan breaks Shiganshina's gate and the Armored Titan breaks the inner gate. Carla dies. Grisha steals the Founding Titan from Frieda and passes it on to Eren.
Some 250,000 people (≈20% of the population) are sent to 'reclaim' Wall Maria; almost none return.

The Colossal Titan reappears in Trost. Eren transforms and seals the breach with a boulder.

Marley invades Shiganshina. Eren makes contact with Ymir in the Paths.
Eren unleashes the Rumbling; roughly 80% of humanity dies.
Former enemies join forces. Mikasa kills Eren and the power of the Titans disappears.
Paradis militarizes under the Yeagerists. Armin and the others act as peace ambassadors. The years go by and the tree over Eren's grave grows.
