The outermost wall (radius ≈ 480 km per the official guide). It fell in 845 and was retaken in 850.
The outer wall
The outermost and largest of the three walls, about 50 metres tall. Its territory held most of humanity's farmland. In 845 the Colossal Titan broke the Shiganshina gate and the Armored Titan the inner gate, so the whole region had to be abandoned.

Aftermath of the fall
Hundreds of thousands of refugees fled into Wall Rose territory and food shortages worsened. In 846 the government sent many of the refugees on a so-called recovery operation from which almost nobody returned.

Retaking
In 850 the Survey Corps sealed the Shiganshina breach with Eren's hardening power and defeated the Armored, Colossal and Beast Titans. With that, the land within Wall Maria returned to humanity.
