The Female Titan catches up to Armin, but instead of killing him she lifts his hood to see his face and moves on. Reiner and Jean join him, and Armin explains that she is looking for someone, possibly Eren. The three decide to harass her to buy time, and Jean pretends to be Eren to provoke her. The Titan grabs Reiner, who frees himself by cutting through her hand, and she then heads toward the center of the formation.
